The short version

No account, no login, no ads, no analytics right now. The calculator and the programs filter run in your browser and don't send or save anything. The course saves your notes in your own browser only. See below.

What we hold

• No waitlist or newsletter email addresses are collected by this site at present.
• Anything you write to us, including program requests.
• Ordinary server logs, kept a short time for security and fixing problems.

Analytics

None right now. When we add it, it'll be open-source software on our own server, with no cookies and no stored IP address, and this section will name it.

Fonts

The typefaces are served from this site, so loading them doesn’t send your IP address to Google or any other font service.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no consent banner. Affiliate links are the one case worth knowing about. See below.

The course saves your notes in your own browser

The Paid to Point course at /course/ has a notes box on every page and checklists you can tick. So you can pick up where you left off, it saves your notes, your ticks, the last page you opened and the date you started in your own browser’s local storage. None of it is sent to us or anyone else, and we can’t see it. Clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes it. It isn’t a cookie and isn’t used for tracking, so it doesn’t need a consent banner.

Affiliate links and cookies

There are none on the site today. The programs list links to each company's public program page, which is an ordinary link. When there are affiliate links, clicking one takes you to that company's website, and it will usually put a cookie in your browser so it knows you came from us. It's their cookie, on their site, under their privacy policy. We can't read it, and we're told a signup or sale happened, not who you are. You can always go to the company directly instead. Your price or terms are the same either way.

Ask for a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. No reason needed.

This site is for adults and isn't directed at children under 16.

Why we use your information

• Email list: not connected. If a waitlist opens later, its consent wording and this page will explain the purpose before collection starts.
• Emails you send us: to read and answer them, because you asked us to.
• Server logs: to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

• Email list: no signup data is currently held.
• Emails you send us: only as long as we need to reply and follow up.
• Server logs: a short time set by our web host, then deleted.

Who else handles it

Only our web host and our email list provider, once the list is connected. They may process data in the United States or other countries, under their own privacy terms. We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@pinkty.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re in the EU, the UK or Switzerland and you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don’t track you across other websites, so every visit is treated the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
